At Atlantic Gymnastics, we host a variety of classes at both locations. Please select the location that best suits your needs for specific recreational class information. Both our Portsmouth and Dover locations offer recreational classes for boys and girls at all levels and ages. Whether you have an 18 month old or a teenager, Atlantic Gymnastics has a class for you. We also offer competitive teams: Prep Opt. in Dover and USAG Competitive Programs in Portsmouth. How to Register Registration at Atlantic Gymnastics is very simple. Just stop by the gym on Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. You will need to fill out the required forms and pay the registration and tuition fees. If you would like to register over the phone we will hold your spot for 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours your child's spot will no longer be held. A non refundable registration fee of $40.00 covers the cost of insurance and processing. Tuition Information OPTION 1. Atlantic Gymnastics is pleased to announce we have gone EFT and Monthly. When you sign your child up at Atlantic Gymnastics we will be taking registration with payment set up by Electronic Funds Transfer. This will be billed to your bank checking account or to any credit or debit card monthly. Making your life easier is what we are all about. No more losing your spot in class if you forget to register. If you would like to discontinue class for any reason, just give us written notice by certified mail or in person 10 days prior to the 17th of the month and we will cancel your account with us. For a family that has multiple children enrolled, a 10% discount will apply on the lesser tuition of the second child, and a 20% discount will apply on any additional siblings enrolled unless specified thru a special deal. 5 month memberships are paid in full before class begins and receive a 10% discount. * No multiple
child discounts given. No refunds are given after program begins. You may add in any time and purchase the remaining time in a 5 month membership but if less then 4 month remain you will not receive the 10% discount. You must stop into either of our facilities to fill out all registration forms and EFT forms. Make-up Policy New Unlimited Make-Ups- Because life happens! Can't make your regular scheduled class? Don't Worry you can make it up by giving us a call ahead and scheduling the class of an equal or lower level at a time that works for your busy lifestyle. However you must be a current enrolled student to take advantage of the make up policy. All makeups must be completed while still being enrolled. No credits or refunds given for missed classes. Please note our scheduled holidays and make up accordingly- you might need to make up ahead of a class if it falls at the end of a month and you will not be continuing. If you know your child is going to miss class on a specific date give one of our office staff a call and schedule ahead of time and give someone a chance to fill in your spot as well. Due to New England's wonderful seasons inclement weather can happen instantly. During bad weather , please call Atlantic one hour prior to your class to check the status of the gym. If we do cancel classes you will be able to use our make up policy and get into the next that best fits your schedule. Please remember you must schedule your make ups and not just drop in.
Class Cancellation Policy Atlantic Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fill within 2 weeks after the monthly session starts due to low enrollment. To keep a class time active we need a minimum of 3 children per class. If we do decide to cancel the class due to low enrollment we will offer you other class selections similar to your current schedule. Holidays

Christmas Break 12/23/08- 1/04/09 (Tues.- Saturday classes may schedule a make up)

July 4th Summer Break I. 06/29/09-07/05/09- No makeups needed
Labor Day Summer Break II. 8/31/09-09/06/09 No makeups needed
Fall 2009 Session begins Sept. 7th 2009! All parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their child/children in the waiting area. There is not running or gymnastics allowed outside of the gym.
Please dress your child to participate!! Although a strict attire is not required, it is suggested that girls wear leotards and boys wear shorts and t-shirts. Please, no loose fitting or oversized clothing, no buckles, snaps, or zippers. No tights with toes or leotards with tu-tu's. Long hair must be tied back. No gum or jewelry is allowed in the gym.
Bad Weather? Listen to your radio for delays or cancellations. What to wear Girls need to wear a one piece leotard. Shorts, warm-ups etc. may be worn over it to warm up in. We like our feet bare! No tights or socks on please! Hair needs to be pulled up an away from face.
Boys need to wear shorts and a tucked in t-shirt with sweats over if needed.
