Looking for a class for your child but don't know where to begin?
We start classes as early as 18 months old and have classes for students all the way through high school.
Whether you are new to the program or deciding to come back at any stage, we will help you find the right class.

18 months to Kindergarten

Our Preschool classes are for our students aged 18 months through Kindergarten. Students are taught basic gymnastics movement and the fundamentals for their gymnastics education moving forward. We work on class structure, taking direction from an instructor, waiting your turn, social dynamics with other students, and lots of gymnastics basics! We separate our students based on age alone for these groups. The class names for each level are:
GUPPY - 18 month through 3.5 years.
GOLDFISH - 3.5 years through 5 years.
TETRA - 5 years through Kindergarten.


GIRLS REC

Classes for 1st Grade and Up

Our Girls rec classes are based on progression of skills. We offer three levels of classes. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. If your child is returning to our program and has already started a Skill chart they will continue working towards the next level. If you are new to the program we generally start students in a Beginner level and can move them to a different class if their skill level is past our markers. If you have questions about this please contact the office and we can help find the right class for your child! 

TUMBLING

For students 1st grade + (Coed)
DOVER ONLY

Perfect for the student who would like to focus more on Floor and Trampoline skills. Our Tumbling classes are based on progression of skills. We offer three levels of classes. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. We work on specific tumbling skills in each level, working towards building new skills for the next level as well.  If you have questions about this please contact the office and we can help find the right class for your child!

For students 1st grade + (COED) 
DOVER ONLY

Our Ninjas classes are geared towards the kids that can't stop moving! If your child is climbing the walls then this is the perfect class for them. Generally this class is a combination of strength conditioning and tumbling skills. If you have questions about this please contact the office and we can help find the right class for your child!

Suggested footwear for students in 1st grade +

For students aged 18months + no age limit
For individuals needing specialized instruction.

This program is open to anyone 1st grade and up.
